Where most assessments stop, this one is just getting started.

You’ll leave with:
Insights, a clear focus, and one concrete first step you’re committed to taking this week.
Most assessments end with a number. Yours doesn’t have to.
Premium is where the picture becomes practice. Where you stop reading about inner development and start practicing it. Where your goal stops being a wish and starts becoming the structure of your next three months.
If you want change, you’ll need more than a spiderweb. You’ll need to know which skills to develop, how to develop them, and what your first step is. That’s what Premium gives you.

Team
The Inner Development Assessment – Team
The Inner Development Assessment – Team helps your team identify and develop the inner skills you need to reach a shared goal or challenge – together.
It is grounded in the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework, used globally to connect inner development to outer impact.
What makes Team different?
Each team member rates the TEAM – not themselves.
The goal is shared, defined by the team-lead. The spiderweb shows where the team agrees about itself and where it disagrees.
That spread is the data – it points to the conversation your team most needs to have.
Build the team capability that turns strategy into action
In about 45-60 minutes per team member, each of you anchors the assessment to the team’s shared goal, rates the team on 25 inner skills, reflects on what the spiderweb reveals, and chooses what you think the team should focus on.
The report brings it all together as a starting point for the team conversation.
What you get (for the team):
- The team’s shared goal or challenge – defined by the team-lead
- An aggregated team spiderweb across the 5 dimensions
- Where the team sees itself most differently – the spread that points to the conversation
- Each team member’s named reflections and skill selections
- A team report ready for the team’s conversation
- Optional AI add-on: tailored team exercise recommendations
Time
About 45-60 minutes per team member.
Outcome
You’ll leave with a shared picture of the team, named reflections from each member, and a clear starting point for the conversation your team needs to have.
360
The Inner Development Assessment – 360
The Inner Development Assessment – 360 helps you develop the inner skills that matter most for your goal – using honest feedback from the people who see you in action.
It is grounded in the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework, used globally to connect inner development to outer impact.
What makes 360 different?
Your panel rates you, you rate yourself, and the gap between the two is where the deepest insight lives.
The spiderweb shows where you and the people around you see you differently – and where you see eye to eye.
That gap is the data. It tells you something about yourself you cannot see alone.
Develop the skills that matter most for your goal – through the eyes of others
You anchor the assessment to a real goal or challenge and rate yourself on the 25 inner skills.
Your panel of 3-7 respondents (colleagues, peers, manager, mentors) does the same – and adds their structured reflections on what they see in you.
When all of you are done, the report brings it together: the gap, the alignment, and each respondent’s named reflections.
What you get:
- The assessment anchored to your specific goal or challenge
- A dual spiderweb – yours and your panel’s, side by side
- Where you and your panel see you most differently – the gap that points to the insight
- Where you see eye to eye – alignment as data, too
- Each respondent’s named reflections – on Big picture, the Gap, and Insight
- A 360 report – yours alone, to share at your discretion
- Optional AI add-on: tailored exercise recommendations based on the gap
Time
About 15 minutes for you. About 45-60 minutes per respondent.
Outcome
You’ll leave with an honest picture of how you see yourself, how others see you, and where the gap points to the development that matters most.

Q&A
What this assessment is
What makes this assessment different from others?
Most assessments end with a score. This one starts there. The questions you rate yourself on are few – the questions you reflect on are many. That is deliberate. The value of this tool is not in the score. It is in what surfaces when you slow down and reflect honestly. Reflection turns information into insight – and insight into action.
What value will I walk away with?
You walk away with a picture of where you stand on the 25 inner skills, a clear sense of which skills will most help you reach your goal, and a concrete first step you are committed to taking. The change happens when you bring what you have learned into a conversation with a coach, a leader, or someone you trust. The report is built to be shared – it is a dialogue starter, not an endpoint.
Why anchor the assessment to a goal or challenge?
Outer goals require inner capacity. Without something specific to anchor the rating against, you end up with a personality profile – interesting, but not actionable. When you anchor the 25 inner skills to a real goal you are working with, the assessment stops being abstract and starts pointing at what you actually need to develop to get there.
Why is reflection at the center?
Because reflection is where information becomes insight, and insight becomes action. Most assessments stop at the score because the score is what is easy to deliver. Building the follow-up is hard – it requires craft, structure, and a willingness to slow people down. That is exactly what this tool is built to do.
What is the IDG framework?
The Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework is a globally recognised framework of 25 inner skills across 5 dimensions: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting. It describes the inner capacities humans need to lead complex change, navigate uncertainty, and create good outcomes together. This assessment is built around it.
How it compares to other assessments
How is this different from a personality test like DiSC or Insights?
Personality tests tell you who you are. This assessment tells you what you need to develop – to reach a specific outer goal. It does not label you. It does not put you in a box. It shows you where you stand on 25 inner skills that can be developed – and gives you a structured way to do that.
How is this different from a strengths test like TT38, CliftonStrengths or VIA?
Strengths tests give you a fixed top-five list. This assessment gives you a picture of where you stand on all 25 inner skills – and helps you choose which ones to develop for a specific goal. The framework is goal-anchored. The output is action-oriented. The reflection is structured into the tool itself.
Who and when
Who is this for?
It is designed for:
- Leaders working through transitions, transformations, or strategy moments where their own steadiness will determine the outcome.
- Teams who want to move from surface alignment to real alignment – and who know that the strategy is only as strong as the team that holds it.
- Educators and universities preparing students for complexity, AI, and life.
- Consultants and facilitators looking for a structured way to anchor inner development in their clients’ real-world goals.
If you have tried assessments before and felt the gap between what they tell you and what actually changes – this one was built to close that gap.
When should I take the assessment again?
Inner development takes time. The skills you choose to develop will only develop when you practice them. We recommend returning to the assessment every 3, 6, or 12 months. Each time you re-assess, you can track what has shifted, see your progress, and set new development goals.
The practical side
How long does it take?
Free version: about 15 minutes (rating only). Individual, Team, and 360 versions: about 45-60 minutes (rating + structured reflection + skill selection + per-card reflections). For the 360, the focus person spends about 15 minutes. Each respondent spends about 45-60 minutes.
Can I share my report?
Yes – and you should. The report is designed to be shared with a leader, a mentor, a coach, or a peer. It is structured as a dialogue starter, not an endpoint. Reflection alone changes some things. Dialogue changes more.
What is the AI add-on?
An optional add-on that takes you from reflection into practice. The AI reads your reflections and recommends concrete exercises tailored to the skills you have chosen to develop. It offers pre-fabricated prompts you can use to dive deeper – alongside your own questions. It does not replace human reflection or dialogue. It hands you the structure to act on what you have found.
Why is it best experienced on a computer screen?
The spiderweb visualisation, the skill cards, and the structured reflection screens are designed for screen reading and writing. You can take the assessment on mobile, but the experience is richer on a laptop or desktop.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your report is yours. You decide whether to share it – and with whom. In the 360 version, your panel’s individual ratings are anonymous to you (you see only the panel’s median and spread); their written reflections are visible to you with their names attached, because that is what makes the report a dialogue starter. In the Team version, every team member’s ratings are anonymous to the team; reflections are named.
Compliance and trust
Does this assessment comply with the EU AI Act?
Yes – the Inner Development Assessment is designed to align with the EU AI Act (phasing in 2025-2027).
The AI add-on functions as a recommendation tool: it suggests exercises and reflection prompts based on what you have written. It does not make decisions about you, evaluate you, or affect your employment, education, or rights. You decide what to do with what the AI offers.
Specifically:
- The AI’s role is to support reflection – not to score, rank, or evaluate you
- AI-generated content is clearly identified as AI-generated
- We do not use AI for prohibited practices (biometric identification, social scoring, predictive policing, etc.)
- Your data is processed in line with GDPR
We are actively monitoring the EU AI Act’s evolving guidance and ensuring our compliance posture remains current as the obligations for 2026, 2027, and 2028 clarify. For detailed compliance documentation for organisational procurement, please contact us.
How do you handle my personal data?
Your data is processed in line with GDPR. We collect only what is needed to deliver your assessment and report. Your reflections are yours – they are not used to train external AI models, sold to third parties, or shared without your consent. You can request your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted on EU-based servers and processed under EU data protection law. For organisations with specific data residency requirements, please contact us.
