This is not a typical assessment.

Most assessments ask many questions, give you a score, and stop there. This one is built around the opposite principle. Here, the questions you rate yourself on are few. The questions you reflect on are many. That is deliberate.

The value of this tool is not in the score. It is in what surfaces when you slow down and answer the deeper questions honestly. Reflection is what turns information into insight, and insight into action.

You will move through eight steps:

3. See your spiderweb – a visual map of where you stand today.
4. Reflect on what your ratings tell you.
5. Choose the skill cards that resonate with your outer goal.
6. Decide where to focus your energy – and how to apply it.
7. Receive AI-generated recommendations for exercises that match your focus.
8. Print your report and bring it into a conversation with a colleague, peer, your team, …
