Six ways we inspire, coach and facilitate the development of new leadership skills

Designed with a focus on applying practical skills and encouraging reflection and dialogue, our workshops aim to inspire and engage participants, equipping them with the tools to build stronger leadership, collaboration and culture.

We have a strong inner development approach, believing that change starts within. However, we also believe that it requires an engaging toolbox and a clear purpose before we are motivated to develop from within.

We use the Inner Development Goals (IDG) assessment tool to set and measure the outcomes of your inner development process, ensuring that it is aligned with your external leadership, team and culture goals.

All sessions are tailored, practical, and available in Danish or English.

Inner Development for Outer Change

Build the inner capacity your strategy depends on
Format: ½–2 days · In-person

What it is:

A high-impact workshop that strengthens the inner capabilities leaders need to turn strategy into daily behaviour. We work with clarity, courage and relational strength — and translate insight directly into action.

Drawing on leading research from thinkers like e.g. Amy Edmondson and Robert Kegan, this session transforms theory into practice and abstract goals into daily behavior. with the purpose to strengthen the inner capabilities / leadership skills.

We work with strengthen the inner capabilities / leadership skills like complexity thinking, awareness, courage, and relational strength to translate strategic intent into concrete action.

Ideal for:

Executive teams, leadership groups, project teams, and student teams where you want to apply inner strength to succeed with your outer goals / strategy / change plans.

Inner Development as a Team Sport

A practical, energising proces that builds mature collaboration and strong engagement
Format: 1-6 modules, 1 day per module · In-person

What it is:

A hands-on team development process that that strengthens communication, trust and shared responsibility.

Using tangible tools like Dialogue Cards and Strength Cards, we facilitate the difficult but often necessary conversations.

Using team assessment as a starting point it allows us to measure how the team improves their skills over time eg. in handling complexity, co-creating, building relationships and courage .

Teams facing complexity want to create stronger collaboration, more meaning, and build resilience and courage to embrace and handle strategic demands.

The Inner Academy

Develop the leadership skills you need for helping your organisation/team to succeed
Format: 5 modules, 1 day per module · In-person

What it is:

Inner Academi is a competence-developing leadership academy designed to train and equip leaders with new leadership skills.

Through five modules – one for each of the Inner Development Goals dimensions (Inner Compass, Creative and Visionary Thinking, Relationship-Building Skills, Collaboration Skills and Action Competencies) – participants learn the basic theory behind each of the dimensions, as well as practical exercises, cases from external speakers, reflection models and dialogue tools.

After each module, participants set a development goal, for which they receive coaching and sparring between modules.

Finally, participants create their own personal leadership strategy to enable them to achieve external goals.

Train-the-Trainer: Become a Confident Facilitator

Hands-on online training course to facilitate inner development in teams and organisations
Format: 2.5 hours · Online

What it is:

A hands-on online course for professionals who want to lead workshops focusing on how to encourage inner development for outer growth.

You will learn how to run workshops using the dialogue and assessment tools from the Inner Development Kit. We will provide you with tips and tricks on how to create a safe space for deeper dialogue and reflection, which can lead to stronger relationships and potentially inspire behavioural change.
