About Sara Øllgaard

Sara Øllgaard runs her own consulting firm focusing on developing leaders and teams who want to create real change – both strategically and humanly. 
 
As a consultant and teacher, she works in the field between sustainable leadership, change management and inner development / regenerative leadership. She specialises in strengthening the human capacities required for complex, mission-driven transformations. 
 
With over 20 years’ experience in leadership and team development, coaching and facilitation, Sara tailors her approach to meet the needs of each company. She delivers a range of courses, workshops and train-the-trainer sessions, as well as facilitating sessions.
 
She teaches sustainable leadership and has most recently developed the leadership toolbox, Inner Development Kit, inspired by the Inner Development Goals. The tools help leaders and teams across the globe to translate inner strengths into outer action.
